This is the last Will and Testament of me Jane SELBY of Pimperne in the County of Dorset Widow made and published this thirtieth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty three

First I will and direct that all my just Debts and funeral Expences and the expences of proving this my will be paid and discharged immediately after my decease by my Executor herein after named

I give and bequeath unto Thomas SELBY my nephew of Downton in the County of Wilts Grocer and Tallow chandler All that moiety or half part of and in All that Cottage and Garden and Orchard and Premises situate lying and being at Pimperne aforesaid with the appurtenances To hold to him my said Nephew Thomas SELBY his Executors Administrators and Assigns (from and immediately after the end of six Months next after my decease during which time I desire my Niece Elizabeth SELBY may remain in possession thereof to settle my affairs) for and during all the rest residue and remainder of the term and interest which I have yet to come and unexpired therein

Lastly I give and bequeath All my Stock and crop implements in husbandry and utensils in husbandry furniture and effects whatsoever (save and except one Bed and Bedstead with the blue stuff furniture which I hereby give to my Nephew Thomas SELBY) I give and bequeath the same to my Niece Elizabeth SELBY her heirs administrators and assigns And all my monies and securities for money of what nature or kind soever I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof as well as the interest arising upon the same unto my said Niece Elizabeth SELBY

And I do hereby nominate constitute and Appoint the said Elizabeth SELBY whole and sole Executor of this my will and I do hereby revoke and make void all other wills by me heretofore made and do declare this to be my last will and Testament
