In the Name of God Amen

I Robert BROWN of Pimperne in the County of Dorsett Yeoman being sick and weak of Body but of Sound and perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for it, Doe make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and forme following

Viz Imprimis I will that my Debts and Funerall Expences to be paid and Discharged

It I give to my Cousin Robert BROWNE son of my Brother Mycha BROWN one Shilling

It I give to my Cousin Ann FISHER ffive Pounds of Lawfull British money

It I give and bequeath unto the Children of my Brother Roger BROWN or as many of them as shall be living at my Decease the Sum of Five pounds to each of them

Item I give and bequeath to my Neece Daughter of my Brother...... BROWN the sum of Twenty Pounds

It I give unto the three Children of my sister Elizabeth Late Wife to Thomas MASTON of Blandford The sum of ffive pounds apeice

It I give to my Brother Henry BROWN one shilling

All the aforesd Legacys I will shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter named in the six months next after my Decease to all such of the sd Legatees as shall then be of the Age of one and twenty years and not before

Item I doe give to my Brother John BROWN the sum of ffive Pounds

It my Will is that in Case my Cousin Robert BROWN my Executor happen to die before his Father my Brother John BROWN that then my Brother John shall Enjoy all my Land in Pimperne during his naturall Life

Item I doe give to Jane KEINS one and twenty shillings of Lawfull British money

It I give and devise unto my Nephew Robert BROWN son of my Brother John BROWN all my Freehold Lands in Pimperne and to his heirs for ever But if he shall die without heirs Lawfully begotten of his Body then all my said Freehold Lands shall (on payment of Ten Pounds to my Neece Ruth BROWN) remaine to my Nephew Thomas BROWN sonne of George BROWN of Shilling Oakford (?)......and to his heirs and Assigns for ever as soon as he shall attain to the lawfull Age of one and twenty Years

All the rest of my Goods and Chattles not herein before given and Bequeathed I doe hereby give and Bequeath unto my sd Nephew Robert BROWN son of my sd Brother John BROWN whom I make & Ordain sole Executor of this my Last Will & Testamt hereby Revoking all former Wills by me made and doe Ordain this above written last Will and Testamt In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand seal this Tenth day of August Anno Dm 1728 Robt BROWN
