Note.--Vol. 1. is a book of, 23 leaves, some torn, with a parchment cover, measuring 105/8in. by 5in. It contains Baptisms from 1574 to 1660 ; Marriages, 1574 to 1649 ; Burials, 1758 to 1653. Condition poor.
Vol., 2. is of, 20 leaves, measuring 13in. by 5 1/2in. Baptisms, 1653 to 1703 ; Marriages, 1653 to 1702 ; Burials, 1653 to 1702. Some leaves of this Volume have been cut.
Vol., 3. is of, 20 leaves, measuring 12in. by 61/2in. It consists of Baptisms, 1710 to 1755 ; Marriages, 1709 to 1755 ; Burials, 1705 to 1755. This Volume has 15 pp. of Briefs, and a Memorandum, " 1755 , new style, begins Jan ," and "Births" from 1705 to 1709.
The Registers from 1755 to 1812 are missing, but were in existence at the time of the Parish Register return of 1831.
These entries of marriages were copied by permission of the Rev. Joseph Pulliblank, M.A., Rector of Rampisham and Wraxall, and Canon of Sarum, under whose supervision they are now printed.
