This is the last Will and Testament of me ffrances BYTHEWOOD of Stoborough in the County of Dorset Widow made and published this Eleventh day of April 1738 Imp.

I give unto my Daughter Ann CRIBB fforty Shillings per Annum to receive and take it on my Annuity that I bought and purchased of my Son RYALL for Lives and so to receive the same for the Space of Ten Years if my Daughter CRIBB should so long live and the Lives of the …..Annuity should happen so long to live

The remainder of the said Annuity I give to my Daughter ffrances BRIXEY for her Life and after her decease I give it to my Grandson Jno BRIXEY for his Life and after his decease I give it to my Grandson George BRIXEY for the remainder of the time that is to come

Item I give unto my Daughter Mary RYALL her ffathers Silver tobacco Box

Item I give unto my Son BRIXEY and to my son CRIBB and my Daughter BYTHEWOOD a Guinea to Each of them

Item I give to each of my Grand Children ffrances Hannah and Mary BYTHEWOOD a Bread Piece and a Gold ring

Item I give unto my Grandson John BRIXEY a Mourning ring and his Grandfathers Watch

I give unto my Grandson George BRIXEY ten pounds

I give unto my Grandson Joseph BRIXEY twenty pounds and I appoint my son BRIXEY to be their Trustee to Improve the same for them

I give to my Grandson William CRIBB and my Grand Daughter Ann CRIBB ten pounds Each and appoint my son CRIBB to be their Trustee to improve the said money for them

Item I do appoint my Daughter s ffrances BRIXEY and Ann CRIBB my whole and sole Executrices of this my last Will and Testament
