In Dei nomine Amen on Wednesday next before the feast of All Saints⁽¹⁾, anno Domini 1441, I Thomas WARYN Rector of the church of Holy Trinity in sound mind and sane memory do make my will in this manner:

Impremis: [In the first Place] I leave my soul to God and the Blessed Mary, and my body for sepulture in the church aforesaid before the image of the Holy Trinity.

Item: to the fabric of the church of the Blessed Mary of Sarum, 3s.4d

Item: to the fraternity of the Blessed Mary in the church of St Peter of Dorchester aforesaid 3s.4d

Item: I leave to the fraternity of Corpus Christie in the same church 3s.4d

Item: I leave to the fabric of the same church 20s

Item: I leave to the two fraternities in the church of the Holy Trinity aforesaid 6s.8d.

Item: I leave to Richard MOGGE, Rector of the church of All Saints of Dorchester 3s.4d.

Item: to Sir Robert MOREYS, chaplain 3s.4d

Item: to Sir Philip, my chaplain in the church of St Peter, 20s

Item: to Sir John JURDAN, 3s.4d

Item: to Sir John VOGGE, 3s.4d

Item: to Joan wife of John PASCO, my best frock (togam) and one maser

Item: to Edith, daughter of the same John PASCO, my best girdle and 6s.8d.

Item: to William GODFRAY, my servant 6s.8d

Item: I give and leave to John PASCO and John his son a certain burgage of mine with its appurtenances in Pyselane⁽²⁾, situate on the south side of the same between the tenements of my rectory on the east and the tenement of the fraternity of the Blessed Mary in the church of St. Peter aforesaid on the west

Item: I leave to the same John, son of John PASCO, a black girdle garnished (harnisat) with silver and 6s.8d

The Residue: of all my goods not bequeathed I leave to the aforesaid John PASCO, so that he shall dispose of them for my soul and the souls of all the faithful deceased and the same John I ordain and constitute my executor
