  Then to Mary daughter of John (son), then to Richard (my son), forever.

- Mary daughter of John (son): £10 when 18 years old to be paid by Richard (son)

- Joseph (third son): £10 to be paid by executor in 6 years. If he dies the sum is to remain with executor.
  Featherbed with belongings in the Little Chamber at the West End of the house and the largest brass kettle.

- Richard (youngest son): West part of my house the Hall and Buttery with the 2 Chambers over it and also
  part of the upper ‘flat’[?] of the garden which is freeland and the new fuel house standing in the lower end
  of the said ‘flat’[?]. Bed and its belonging in the Best Chamber over the Hall.

- James (eldest son): the Kitchen with the Chamber over it and the bed in the said Chamber and the largest
  chest in the other Chamber at the East End of the house. The stable adjacent the East End of the house
  and part of the garden that lies from the end of the house eastward and that part of the upper ‘flat’[?] which
  was taken out of the ‘bast’[?] and lies next the roadway. If James dies without issue, then goes to Richard
  (son) forever.

- Whereas the capital farm and demesnes of Durnford with closes of land called Bindlidge, Woodhide
  and Easthide at Langton and in Worth and Sandwich, other lands belonging except plot of ground
  containing 15 Goads lying on west side of house of Henry Bower and lately enclosed out of a meadow
  belonging to the premises were made chargeable with payment of £1000 to Mary and Jane Serrell
  (daughters) each as set forth in a Release 2 January 1728 between Samuel Serrell (me) on one part
  and John Vincent, deceased (brother-in-law) and Robert Joyce (brother-in-law) on the other; and whereas
  on marriage of Jane (daughter) with William Melliar I advanced £400 of her £1000 leaving only £600 left to
  raise from the capital farm; whereas Mary Serrell (daughter) died intestate and administration of goods was
  granted to me. The £600 and £1000 is not to be raised from the capital farm. Jane Vincent’s £600 is to be
  raised from lands hereby given to Elizabeth Serrell (wife). Capital farm of Durnford except closes called
  Bindlidge, Woodhide and Easthide and part of my Manor of Sandwich lying in Langton and other freehold
  lands in Langton to John Haskoll (brother-in-law), Gentleman of Stourton Caundle for the use of Samuel
  (son) to receive rents. If Samuel has no issue then to John (son) and his issue intail.

- Samuel (son): leasehold estate in Langton for remainder of term to Elizabeth Serrell (wife) discharged
  from raising of £1000 or any part of the closes Bindlidge, Woodhide and Easthide in Worth and Sandwich
  and 2 meadows at Lynch called ‘Ten Acres’ (10 acres) and Hills (4 acres) and part of Manor of Sandwich in
  Sandwich alias Swanwich with the rents and tenement at Ulwell, Studland part of the same Manor held by
  William Clavell. And my 2 garden plots in Borough of Wareham and lands at Woolgarston in Corfe Castle
  lately purchased of Thomas Serrell (kinsman) and other lands in Purbeck except such as lie in Langton
  chargeable and given to Elizabeth Serrell (wife) with payment of the £600 raisable to Jane (daughter) wife
  of William Melliar out of my farm and demesnes of Durnford.

- To Elizabeth Serrell (wife) £20/year which I engaged in my Marriage Articles to pay her.

- Samuel (son): silver tankard ‘that was my grandfather Salter’s’
