In the name of God Amen the Second Day of December Anno Domini one thousand six hundred & forty and nyne

I Catherine DAVIDGE of Sherborne in the County of Dorsett Widdowe beinge weake in body but of perfect memory blessed be god Do make my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following -

InprimisI render my soule into the hands of Allmighty god and my body to the Earth

Item my Will and pleasure is that all such sums and sumes of money as are nowe any way due or oweing unto me from any person or persons whatsoever shall remayne or be lett out at interrest in the name or names of seme frend or frends in trust And the benefit thereof to remaine and come into my daughter Susanna MARTYN or unto such person or persons and in such manner as she shall nominate or appoint

Item I give and bequeath unto my sayd daughter Susanna MARTYN all my wearing apparel and household stuff

Item I doe appoint John WILLIAMS the Younger my grandson to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament

Witness my hand and Seale the day and yeare above written

Read Sealed published and Declared in the presence of Robert ALFORD.

This Will was proved at Westerminster Before the Judges for Probate of Wills and granting of Administrations lawfully authorized the Seventh day of ffebruary one thousand Six hundred ffifty and three English Stile by the oath of John WILLIAMS the grandson and Executor named in the Sayd Will To whom was Committed Administration he being first Sworn truly to Administor the Same.
